In 2016, Little Sun travelled to Sónar in Barcelona, We Love Green in Paris and Lollapalooza in Berlin on their summer festival route. An adaptable design for festival booths needed to be easily transportable, informative and eye-catching.
Gradient posters were layered across the spaces to create a bright world for guests to discuss, discover and also create in the Sunlight Graffiti booth, while charging their phones with the Little Sun Charge. A step away from the singular yellow of the Little Sun brand heralded the introduction of a second product in the Little Sun Charge and created a fresher brand image for the summer months. Icons initially designed by Wolff Olins were built upon to simplify the story of Little Sun – the social business, art project and campaign for energy access from artist Olafur Eliasson.
